The main obstacles in human life are abandoning human values, uncontrolled ambition, unrestrained corruption, arbitrariness, communal violence etc. The minimum humanitarian exemption is not desirable for those who are threatening with the existence of individuals, social groups, nations, and who are involved in inhuman terrorist activities such as murder, rape, looting, destroying etc. They are the enemies of Humanity and are destroying the Peace and Environment of the World.
