Observation Subject: Recent obstacles on the way of Peace establishment. By Arup Kumar Debnath Everybody wants to live a peaceful life. But in reality it is not. The main obstacles in human life are abandoning human values, uncontrolled ambition, unrestrained corruption, arbitrariness, communal violence etc. The minimum humanitarian exemption is not desirable for those who are threatening with the existence of individuals, social groups, nations, and who are involved in inhuman terrorist activities such as murder, rape, looting, destroying etc. They are the enemies of Humanity and are destroying the Peace and Environment of the World. So the current view of the international human rights organizations’ with Amnesty International and the Red Cross Society for such enemies of humanity and human rights is undoubtedly self-destructive and the change of their current view is absolutely necessary.
